DTE Displays Eco-Friendly Engineered Timber Products On Stand 532 At The Scottish Homebuilding And Renovating Show
24-04-2007
A visit to Donaldson Timber Engineering’s (DTE) stand at the Scottish Homebuilding and Renovating Show is a must for the serious self builder.
Situated at stand 532, on 12 and 13 May at the SECC in Glasgow, DTE will be exhibiting information on timber roof trusses; engineered timber floors; cassette floors; and the unique Structural Insulated Roofing System (SIRS), developed by DTE in 2006.
As leading manufacturers and suppliers of timber roof trusses and engineered timber floors, with over 25 years’ experience in the housing industry, DTE are ideally placed to help you and your designer select and design the best roofing and flooring solutions for your dream home.
DTE will be using the Show to introduce their SIRS roofing system to self builders.
SIRS manager Michael Donaldson, who will be at the Show, says:
“The SIRS system is particularly suitable for self builders as it is speedy, safe, fully certified and can offer up to 25% more floor space. Its insulated components meet all current regulations and the system is highly design-flexible, being suitable for use with a wide variety of roof shapes. And of course, being manufactured in sustainably sourced timber makes these products very eco-friendly.”
A digital display of a SIRS roof being erected, component by component, will be screened throughout the weekend and brochures and technical literature will be available for all visitors.
